Anti Drug Awareness Rally

                Anti Drug Awareness Rally  Drugs are substances that can change the way your body and mind work. Some are used as medicine, but others like heroin, cocaine, and meth are illegal and harmful when abused. Anti-Drug Awareness is about educating people especially youth on the dangers of drug abuse and promoting healthy, drug-free lifestyles.  To promote awareness about the dangers of drug use, our college, in collaboration with the Lion’s Club, organized a rally on 22nd November 2024,that started from our college and proceeded to the RTO Office in Kozhiporvilai. All students actively participated in the rally, raising slogans to spread drug awareness. Following the rally, an orientation program on drug awareness was conducted for the students. Feast of Pope John Paul Two

Feast of Pope John Paul Two              Pope John Paul II was the head of the Catholic Church and the sovereign of Vatican City from 1978 until his death in 2005. He is well known for his forgiveness and compassion, which he consistently taught and lived out during his life. He famously forgave his assassin, Mehmet Ali Ağca, and offered reconciliation in many other instances. As our college bears the name of Pope John Paul II, we celebrated his feast day on October 28, 2027. The celebration began with a Holy Mass, followed by a program organized by the first-year students. The event was headed by the  correspondent and the principal of the college. In honor of Pope John Paul II’s legacy of forgiveness, the complete theme of the celebration was " Forgiveness." Onam celebration

Onam is a festival of joy celebrated by the people of Kerala. It is the official and traditional festival of the state and encompasses a wide range of cultural events. To promote cultural integrity among the students of our college, we celebrated Onam on September 13, 2024. The event was presided over by our correspondent, Rev. Fr. Michael Alocious, and the principal of the college, Dr. Justin Antony. The festival featured various cultural performances organized by the first-year students. All students actively participated in events such as dance, group singing, skits, and compiring. Following the cultural performances, a series of traditional Onam-related games were conducted, bringing excitement and enjoyment to the audience. In addition to the Onam celebrations, we also observed Teacher’s Day to honor our teachers.
